As a participant in our leadership camp, your growth, confidence, safety and comfort are our top priorities. From whitewater rafting, where teamwork and communication are key, to sailing on the lake, where you’ll master the winds with your crew – every moment is designed to challenge and inspire you. Our days are filled with outdoor sports, mountain adventures and hands-on learning, while the fun continues in the evening with campfire songs, talent shows and gala dinners.

Our workshops are tailored to provide a unique learning experience through interactive and hands-on activities. These workshops run every morning and are divided into programmes for Juniors and Seniors.

The main language during camp is English. Students with basic everyday knowledge of English are welcome to join us, as participants will improve their English naturally throughout the camp.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC)
Headquartered in Lausanne, the IOC is the organisation behind the Olympic Games, uniting nations and inspiring generations worldwide through the values of sport. At camp, students will have the unique opportunity to spend a morning at the IOC headquarters, meet Olympians and be inspired by their personal stories — exploring leadership through their extraordinary journeys.
IMD Business School
IMD, one of the world’s leading business management universities, is renowned for its leadership programmes and innovative business education. Our Senior campers will join workshops led by IMD Learning Managers and certified coaches specialising in experiential learning for teenagers. In 2024, the Financial Times ranked IMD’s MBA #1 worldwide for faculty with PhDs, international faculty, and international students.
EHL Hospitality Business School (École Hôtelière de Lausanne)
EHL, the world’s leading hospitality management school, is renowned for excellence in service, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Campers will experience EHL’s hands-on approach to leadership, etiquette, and manners. EHL is ranked #1 worldwide in hospitality management by QS World University Rankings.
The initial Champittet Leadership Camp down payment of CHF 1,000 is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the camp: 50% cancellation fee.
If a cancellation is made 59 days or fewer before the camp: None of the camp fees will be refunded.
Our summer camp in Switzerland is closest to Geneva Airport, located about 45 minutes away.
Transfers to and from Geneva airport are included on arrival and departure dates during these times:
• Flight arrivals: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Flight departures: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
An additional fee applies if arrival/departure is on a different day or outside these hours.
