STEAM Festival Student Package
Our STEAM Festival package includes the following:
- Round-trip flight transportation as well as bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
- Round-trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students
- Daily bus service in Orlando from hotel to Windermere Preparatory School and to activities
- Hotel accommodation (except for Windermere Preparatory School students)
- Overnight private security guards at the hotels
- Meals from dinner on Friday, March 5, through breakfast on Tuesday, March 9
- Daily entertainment: Professional Performance and two Disney theme parks
- STEAM uniform t-shirts, festival hat, sweatshirts, and swag bag
- Workshops at Windermere Preparatory School and Disney Imagination Campus
- Chaperone fee

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments may be made by credit card only. U.S. bank account holders also have the option to pay by eCheck. Full payment is required to confirm registration.
Cancellation Policy
We are pleased to share that, for the first time, payment plans and a cancellation policy will be available for our regional events!
We are currently finalizing the details and will share the full payment and cancellation policy before your school’s registration opens.

Individual Insurance Coverage
Students living in the US: We strongly recommend purchasing individual travel insurance. The following sites offer options from multiple providers:
