Package information, fees, and insurance
Junior Games Student Package
Our Junior Games package includes the following:
- Round-trip flight transportation and bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
- Round-trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students
- Daily bus service in Orlando from hotel to Windermere Preparatory School and to evening activities
- Hotel accommodation (except for Windermere Prep students)
- Overnight private security guards at the hotels
- Meals from dinner on Monday, April 26 through breakfast on Friday, April 30
- Nightly entertainment: Welcome Dinner, Medieval Times, SeaWorld Orlando, and Magic Kingdom
- Junior Games uniform t-shirts, headbands, sweatshirt, luggage tag, and swag bag
- Sports package: referees, hydration, sports equipment rental, onsite first-aid clinics, awards, Olympic Village activities, and more
- Chaperone fee

We are pleased to share that, for the first time, payment plans and a cancellation policy will be available for our regional events!

Individual Insurance Coverage
Students living in the US: We strongly recommend purchasing individual travel insurance. The following sites offer quotes from multiple providers:
