Larisa graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University and began her career teaching English at her alma mater. She gained valuable experience working with Australian and US diplomats and expatriates in Russia, which strengthened her decision-making and problem-solving skills. Over the years, she has also developed expertise in document examination and fraud prevention.
Larisa later joined an international school in Moscow, where she thrived in a multicultural academic environment, honing her skills in cross-cultural understanding and administrative support. Known as a positive and collaborative team member, she brings both professionalism and personality to every project, believing that a positive attitude can turn any challenge into an opportunity.
Outside of work, Larisa enjoys motorbikes, driving, music, and going to the gym, which help her unwind and stay inspired. She takes great pride in contributing to a supportive and welcoming environment for both students and staff and is always eager to collaborate in advancing ISM’s mission and values.
