The festive season is in full swing, and what a joyful week it has been for our Pre-Nursery children! As we approach the end of our first term, the children have been fully immersed in exciting and creative Christmas activities. We have been exploring the special sense of togetherness that Christmas and the New Year bring, sharing fun and festive experiences through our learning.

A highlight of the week was a wonderful collaborative project between our Pre-Nursery and Tadpoles children. Together, we created our very own Christmas tree, painting and stacking it into shape, then decorating it with a variety of materials. We also explored the spirit of Christmas through hands-on activities with natural resources, discovering creativity and festive joy in the process.

In the classrooms, the festive fun continued as the children made snowflakes, baubles, and fairy lights, experimenting with textures, colours, and tools. We loved decorating Christmas trees with different materials, bringing the magic of the season to life. The excitement reached its peak during the Elfatastic Show, when the children were absolutely thrilled to meet Father Christmas himself!

As we head into the holiday break, we are so proud of how confidently and joyfully the children have settled into school life this term. We wish all our families a warm, restful, and magical festive season, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for more adventures in the new year.
